• A deposit may be required to secure your booking.
• Full payment must be completed before the tour date as per the payment policy stated during booking.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
• Cancellation policies vary depending on hotels, vendors, and tour inclusions.
• Refunds are processed within 7 days after vendor/hotel approval and may take 5-10 days to reflect in the original payment method.
4. Travel Documents & Insurance
• Customers must carry valid passports, visas, and any other required travel documents.
• We recommend travel insurance for unforeseen circumstances.
5. Liability & Responsibility
• PortugueseTour.pt is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to belongings.
• We act as an intermediary between customers and service providers and are not responsible for third-party failures.
6. Changes to Itinerary
• We reserve the right to make changes to itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or vendor availability.
7. Conduct & Safety
• Customers must follow local laws and tour guide instructions.
• Any misconduct may result in removal from the tour without a refund.
8. Force Majeure
• We are not responsible for cancellations or changes due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or pandemics.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes shall be resolved in Portuguese courts.
